  • The undergraduate department was established in the year 2004 affiliated to Himachal Pradesh University Shimla.
  • Number of total books in the College Library: 6300
  • Since its inception the enrollment of students in UG section has been maintained.
  • The teachers educated from various universities have provided their services in this department.

  • The departments thrust is to make the students engaged in analytical and applied economics tools and try to implement them in everyday lives and solve crucial socio-economic issues and challenges ahead.
  • To impart basic knowledge of research and statistics among students that will help students in further research in higher studies.
